No registration required, but it's recommended for exclusive access. Navigate through categories or use search for specific items. Each item page includes sizes, colors, descriptions, and compositions. Zoom in on product images for details. Order Process: Select size (if applicable), Add to Shopping Bag, Review items in Shopping Bag, Enter shipping details and Choose payment method. Review and confirm order.

What is the shipping process?
Maison Mirath pieces are mostly dispatched from Lebanon to countries as enlisted on the checkout page. Once items are shipped, they will need to be cleared at customs by the receiver
When will my Maison Mirath pieces arrive?
Upon order confirmation, the order may take up to 15 working days to reach destination
How much is shipping?
Shipping is complimentary for all orders.
Are Maison Mirath pieces insured when shipped?
Your order will be handled by DHL, our global fulfillment partner. They manage orders until delivery. If you encounter issues like a missing package despite delivery status, contact our
Customer Service team.
Is “same-day” or express delivery available?
Same-day delivery is not available, for express orders, contact our customer support
Can I choose a delivery date/time?
It is not possible to choose a specific date and time. You can try to contact the
courier directly to organise a possible delivery date.
Can I track my online order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with your shipping tracking information. By clicking on the tracking number sent in the email, you will be
able to check the delivery status of your order.
More than 24 hours have passed and I still haven't received an Order Confirmation email. What should I do?
Check your spam folder and make sure that Maison Mirath is on your email account's safe senders list. This will prevent the anti-spam filter from blocking future communications. If you still have not located the Order Confirmation email, contact us
Can I modify or cancel an order?
Before shipping, contact Customer Service to cancel. Once shipped, orders can't be cancelled, but you can return online (except personalized orders).
How can I return my order online?
Ensure your return meets conditions: Intact security tags, no worn/damaged/altered items. Include original receipt, warranty/authenticity card, packaging. Personalized items cannot be returned. Email info@maisonmirath.com.
Place item in original packaging with completed return form, warranty/authenticity card, receipt. Securely close box and attach shipping label.
How many days do I have to return my order?
30 days from delivery date to return online.
Can I return a personalised creation?
Personalised items cannot be returned.
What are the conditions to return or exchange my order?
Intact security tag if provided. Item in perfect condition in original packaging. No worn/damaged/altered items. Personalized products cannot be returned.
Can I receive my refund on a credit card that is different from the one I used for
the order?
For security reasons, we cannot refund a credit card that is different from the one
used for the purchase.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds credited back to original payment method after Quality Control examination. Process may take up to 21 business days.
Can I exchange or return an item gifted to me that was purchased online by someone else?
Gifted online items can be returned. Original purchaser will be notified of changes.
I decided to keep my order, but already completed the Return Form. What should I
do?
We are glad you decided to keep your purchase. You do not have to do anything, and
there is no need to contact us.
